"Finally there is an affordable touch screen driven POS system for restaurants... FreePOS!"

Summary

FreePOS does a lot but it isn't everything to everyone.   If you need more features than we've developed, take a look at these top POS software packages.

Before FreePOS, Todd Norvell (the author of FreePOS) was a reseller for a couple of these systems... so if you're looking for a good local reseller, feel free to call.   We know lots of good people all over the USA.

Why Do We List Our Competitors?

We want you to be happy.   If FreePOS isn't the product that will satisfy your needs,  we'd rather you purchase another POS system.   We also think that FreePOS represents an incredible value that no other software package can compare to.  Maybe this is why none of these companies mention us on their websites?

Are You Too Big For FreePOS?   Congratulations!

Okay, you looked at FreePOS but it isn't quite powerful enough for your chain of restaurants... yet.   Please check back with us again... because we are constantly upgrading and improving FreePOS!   Or give us a call and let us customize FreePOS to your specifications.  Need a specific report?  NO PROBLEM.    Need a special feature?   NO PROBLEM.

In the meantime, here are some other products that you might wish to check into.   Be warned, these programs aren't cheap.  But if you want bells and whistles, they've got  tons of them!  All of these packages are well established and offer features that restaurants doing $5M+ in sales volume will potentially want.  Expect to have a local consultant and/or reseller install all of the packages below.   They are much more intricate and complex than FreePOS - which could be good or bad.   The average price per terminal of these systems will vary, but expect quotes in the $4,000 - $6,500 neighborhood from your local guru.  Most require a service contract as well.
