to the following license agreement and its

License Agreement and Disclaimer
PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
THE LICENSE AGREEMENT BEFORE CONTINUING.
USING OUR SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE
OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, REMOVE THE
SOFTWARE FROM ALL YOUR SYSTEMS.
LICENSE AGREEMENT
Positive Feedback Software licenses the
FreedomCardz Software (hereafter,
FreedomCardz) software to you only upon the
condition that you accept all of the terms
contained in this license agreement.
YOU MAY:
(i) use FreedomCardz at one business
location on not more than 3 computers.
YOU MAY NOT:
(i) sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any
portion of FreedomCardz;
(ii) reverse engineer, de-compile,
disassemble, modify, translate, make any
attempt to discover the source code of
FreedomCardz, or create derivative works
from FreedomCardz; or
(iii) use FreedomCardz on more than a
total of 3 computers without paying a
REGISTRATION FEE.
WARRANTY
Positive Feedback Software warrants that
FreedomCardz will substantially perform its
functions only when FreedomCardz is used
correctly and in accordance with
specifications and instructions.
POSITIVE FEEDBACK
SOFTWARE, LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT
LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
Your sole and exclusive
remedy for breach of this warranty is the
replacement of the FreedomCardz or a refund
of the purchase price, at Positive Feedback
Software's option.
Some states do not allow the limitation
or exclusion of implied warranties and you
may be entitled to additional rights in
those states.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
Positive Feedback
Software has made every effort possible to
ensure that FreedomCardz is free of any bugs
or errors, however in no way is FreedomCardz
to be considered error or bug free. You
assume all responsibility for any damages or
lost data that may result from any errors or
bugs in FreedomCardz. IT IS A
DOCUMENTED FACT THAT WINDOWS XP HAS BUGS IN
IT, THEREFORE, IT IS 100% CERTAIN THAT SOME
PROBLEMS MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF
FreedomCardz OR ANY SOFTWARE RUNNING ON
WINDOWS XP.
IN NO EVENT WILL
POSITIVE FEEDBACK SOFTWARE OR ITS OWNER(s)
BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL,
INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHER
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS LICENSE.
In no case shall Positive
Feedback Software, LLC or its owner(s) be
liable for an amount exceeding the purchase
price for the software and/or services.
GENERAL:
This Agreement
constitutes the entire agreement between you
and Positive Feedback Software, LLC. You
acknowledge and agree that there are no
other writings, oral representations or
other communications or representations upon
which you are relying in entering into this
Agreement. Any and all writings, oral
representations or other communications or
representations that you may have received
concerning FreedomCardz have no effect--it
is the terms of this Agreement that will
control all issues involving your use of
FreedomCardz.
All rights to
FreedomCardz are owned by Positive Feedback
Software, LLC and its owner(s). These
rights are protected by United States
copyright laws, international treaty
provisions and other applicable laws.
Positive Feedback Software, LLC and its
owner(s) retain all rights not expressly
granted by this Agreement.
This license shall terminate
automatically upon the violation by you of
any of the terms stated herein.
This Agreement will be governed by the
laws of the State of Virginia.
