Perform
An Upgrade To FreePOS V6 From V5.X
Please download
the installer (above) and look in the USEFUL
INFORMATION folder for instructions about
the upgrade process. Or if you just
can't wait, click on this text and a PDF
file will appear explaining the upgrade
process.

FreePOS Program Update - Version 6.85
(June/2009)
Download FreePOS 6.85
Update
This update to V6.55 is quite extensive and
includes over 30 new features including
caller ID, google mapping, pizza-style phone
ordering mode, POS performance improvements,
more back office reports and a huge list of
miscellaneous small enhancements.
To Install: After
running the V6.55 installers, download the
V685.ZIP file and copy all of the files into your \freepos\prg
folder. The new files overwrite
older files of the same name.
This update can be applied to V6.55 or
higher. It is not
compatible with POS installations from V5.X
or lower. For V5.X systems, you
must upgrade to V6.55 first and then apply
the V6.85 update.
You'll find a bunch of .PDF files in the
V685.zip file - they explain new features
and their implementation at a
reseller/technician level. |
