  • Can X-Charge work with my existing credit card processor?

     

    • ANSWER:   No, X-Charge provides credit card processing through an ultra-reliable private network.  It includes automatic failover to modem as well as reporting functionality.

     

  • I want to choose my own processor.  Which software solution is required?

    • ANSWER:  CreditLine, ICVerify or CC/Positive may be the best choice.  Please call for assistance.

     

  • Is it possible to accept Discover, Amex or other card types if I utilize the X-Charge Server software?

     

    • ANSWER:   YES!  All of our solutions support these cards as well as JCB.  Please call for information if you need private label card support.

     

  • How long does it take to get an account set up on X-Charge?

     

    • ANSWER:   Sometimes in as little as 48 hours, but typically 5 business days.

     

  • What will my rates be on X-Charge?

     

    • ANSWER:   X-Charge has no upfront costs, therefore the total cost is extremely low.  The rates you will be quoted depend on a variety of factors including credit history and contract term.   X-Charge will meet or beat your existing rates or we'll refund your $50 activation assistance fee.
